God's Wisdom In A Nutshell

In the Book of Genesis, the devil inhabited the serpent who tempted Eve in the garden of Eden.  The devil needs people who know nothing about Scripture so that he can inhabit our minds making us think we need something “out there” in the world to make us happy.  The truth is, if we have God in our hearts and keep remembering that daily, we will have contentment no matter what our lives look like to the general public.

Unless you read Scripture you can’t align your life with God.  Unless you align your life with God you will never overcome every  circumstance of life and have the peace that surpasses all understanding. Going to church is not enough. We can sit in church and hear the word of God but never understand it, like this verse states:

“‘Go to this people and say,
“You will be ever hearing but never understanding;
you will be ever seeing but never perceiving.”
For this people’s heart has become calloused;
they hardly hear with their ears,
and they have closed their eyes.
Otherwise they might see with their eyes,
hear with their ears,
understand with their hearts
and turn, and I would heal them.”

Arm yourself with the instruction manual to life, inspired by our loving heavenly Father.  Ask Him to open your eyes of understanding to His Wisdom. When you do, the words of the most incredible book ever written will start to come alive to you and you will be a witness to the world of the power contained within that Holy Book.

“Then he opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures.” (Luke 24:45 NIV)

Please join me in reading Scripture everyday.  You will come to find that you crave the wisdom and your day won’t be the same without your quiet time with our Lord. When that day comes, you are a lucky, lucky person indeed!
